PARIKSHA PE CHARCHA 2021 WITH PM,MODI
Pariksha pe Charcha 2021, a conversational event between students and PM Modi held on April 7, 2021, focused on the stress related to exam preparations, urged the students to leave all the worries outside the examination hall and be stress free before writing the exams.
PM Modi advised students to check the solutions to deal with exam tensions in the book, Exam Warrior and NaMo app.
The event was conducted in the virtual mode as per the restrictions imposed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The global event attracted over 13 lakh registrations from across the world. Students, parents and teachers were given the opportunity to discuss their anxieties, aspirations, concerns, and suggestions with the prime minister.
PM Modi said while the coronavirus forced social distancing, it also strengthened bonding in families.
During the discussion, while replying to a teacher’s question on how to make children approach relatively difficult subjects, PM Modi said successful people are not proficient in every subject but their grip on a single subject is tremendous and that is what our focus should be.
PM Modi advised students that they should have a resolution to achieve their dreams. Students should starting aiming for a career while studying in class X and XII and further start following the direction to achieve their goals by training and skilling themselves for the future.
To the students, facing difficulty in memorising, the Prime Minister explained the formula of ‘involve, internalize, associate and visualize’ as a means to sharpen the memory. He said things that become a part of the thought flow are never forgotten and so one should focus on internalising and not just memorising.
He advised that while attempting the exam papers, one should focus on the difficult questions at first and the easier questions later, as a fresh mind can give a better understanding and results.
With sharing examples of the successful people he emphasized on keeping yourself focused and well versed in your own subject. Hesaid, that everyone is not surely going to be good in all the subjects but having stronghold in one subject can let you achieve heights.
PM said that while the coronavirus forced social distancing, it also strengthened emotional bonding in families and this pandemic reinforced the value of family and its role in shaping the lives of children.
The Prime Minister expressed the hope, that students will pass the test with cent percent marks and make India Aatmnirbhar. The Prime Minister also asked the students to get involved in Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by collecting information about the events of Independence Struggle and advised to write on them.
