Department of Geography, Mizoram University, Pachhunga University College Campus, is organizing International Webinar on “Natural Resource Management & Sustainable Development: North-East Chapter”.
The webinar is scheduled to be held on April 17-18, 2021.
The event is to be inaugurated by Chief Patron Prof. H. Lalthanzara, Principal Pachhunga University College Campus, Aizawl, Mizoram, the notice read.
The two day online event will cover the topics like:
· GeoSpatial applications of satellite based atmospheric and climatic observations
· Impact of climate change and climate variability on natural resources of Indian Himalaya.
· Sustainable Tourism Development: Comparative study between Maharashtra and Mizoram tourist centres
· Impact of human activities on river health and vice versa: A Study on Haora River, Tripura
· Natural Resource Management and Sustainable Livelihood: Exploring the richness of North -East
