University of Science & Technology, Meghalaya, is organising a National Seminar on “Intellectual Property Rights : Current & Emerging Issues.”
A National Seminar on the topic “Intellectual Property Rights: Current & Emerging Issues.” is being organised by University School of Law & Research (USLR), Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship(CIIE), University of Science & Technology (USTM), Meghalaya in association with State Council of Science Technology and Environment, (SCSTE) Govt. of Meghalaya on April 26,2021.
The major objectives of the seminar is :
- To provide an insight of the emerging issues of IPR and strategy to cope with such issues.
- To provide the knowledge of enforcing and adjudicating mechanism of IPR.
- To create an assimilating point of diverse ideas, this in turn would be helpful in generation, protection and efficient management of their intellectual assets.
- To encourage quality research and development.
