Here are some important advisable points from the experts  for the candidates appearing for the UPSC CSE exam 2021

Important Points :

• As at least 100 marks are expected to score for the next stage, it is advisable to the candidates to not try to answer all the questions in UPSC prelims exam 2021.
• Make a strategy in the beginning of the exam as how much time should be devoted to each question. It will the candidate to give proper time to go through and answer all the questions properly.
• The questions on economy and polity need to have at least eight percent accuracy rate. Focus on answering them fast and first.
• It is good to first focus on answering the questions on current affairs, Geography etc. and later the questions based on Science and technology.
• The UPSC pattern in most of the times has at least 25 questions per set. In the first few pages, if the questions seem challenging, move onto the next set of questions and answer those about which you are  
• Consistency while answering the questions gives the way for success in the UPSC civil services examination, therefore it is advisable to keep focused in all the phases during the examination.

Candidates will have to carry the UPSC IAS prelims e-admit card along with other important documents.
