Rajiv Gandhi University to Conduct its XIXth Convocation.

Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh is all set to conduct its Annual convocation for the XIXth time in a row on 30th November, 2021 in blended mode.

The University has a unique practice of conducting the Annual Convocation on a fixed date every year.

A total of 7664 students comprising of Ph.D. (33), M.Phil (06), PG (913) and UG (6712) degrees will be conferred in the convocation.  The Gold Medalist, Ph.D. and M.Phil students shall be awarded their degrees physically  while rest of the students from (UG/PG) will be awarded the degrees in virtual mode via Google Meet joining info: https://meet.google.com/hyn-zgty-gcv

The gold medals for the toppers from each department/subject in PG (31) and UG (29) courses and the Chancellor’s Gold Medal and the Vice Chancellor’s Gold Medals for the overall toppers of PG and UG, respectively, will also be awarded in person during the convocation.

Governor, Arunachal Pradesh and Chief Rector, Rajiv Gandhi University, B.D. Mishra will preside over the XIXth Convocation.

Former Director,NCERT, Prof. Jagmohan Singh Rajput, will grace the occasion as Chief Guest and deliver the Convocation Address.    

Education Minister, Arunachal Pradesh, Taba Tedir will be the Guest of Honour and will address the gathering.  All dignitaries will join the function in person at 10:30 a.m. on 30th November, 2021 at Convention Hall, RGU.
